Millie Cubby House

The Millie is a compact cottage-style timber cubby house, well suited to smaller backyards and younger children. It has large front windows, a picket fence, and a working mail slot built into the front door. A floor system is included, so it's a complete playhouse.

Assembly

Flat-packed with pre-drilled panels. Allow approximately 2-3 hours for two adults. A printed assembly manual is included.

Painting (important)

The Millie is supplied unpainted with a temporary water-based stain. It must be painted for long-term durability and to maintain the warranty. Recommended: paint before assembly, and apply at least 2 coats of primer/undercoat followed by 2 coats of exterior paint, using a brush for full coverage.

Delivery

Delivered Australia-wide. Shipping is calculated at checkout by location. Kerbside (assisted) delivery, so please have someone available to help unload. Typical delivery 3-14 business days.

Placement & care

• Install on level ground with good drainage, on a stable base such as timber sleepers or a concrete slab (pavers alone are not recommended)
• Not cyclone-rated; secure or cover the cubby before severe weather
• Timber is a natural product and may develop minor cracks or gaps as moisture changes. This is normal and does not affect structural integrity
