We understand that not every item that is manufactured is defect free, or that you may decide after buying an item, that you have made a mistake. So please do have a look at our returns and refunds policy so that we have the same understanding of what needs to be done to return or refund the product.

We also understand that sometimes, after you purchased our Cubby House, Swing Sets, Dolls House, Kitchen Sets or other toys, you find a cheaper listing somewhere else. We do have a price match policy, which gives you the peace of mind that you will be getting the best price.
