Price Match Guarantee
As online shoppers ourselves, we want to know that we are getting the best price for what we are buying.
So if you find a cubby house or product that we sell somewhere else at a cheaper price, please let us know and we’ll match the price. (conditions apply)
To show you that we are serious, if you find a cheaper price up to a month after you have purchased the cubby house or product from Bubby Cubby, we’ll refund you the difference.
Conditions of Price Match:
- The competiting price item must be the same as what you are buying from Bubby Cubby, and from an authorised Australian retailer, either online or in a regular bricks and motar store.
- Customer must provide weblink to the identical item, or in the case of a bricks and motar store, an image of price tag of item together with details of the store you found the product.
- Item must not be sold out on the competing store.
- Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers, or “fire sales” are not eligible.
- Website cannot be a discounter or auction website (i.e eBay, Amazon, Gumtree, Catch of the Day, etc…)
- If item is bought from Bubby Cubby at an already discounted price at the time of the purchase, retroactive price match will not apply. In other words, if you have already bought it from Bubby Cubby at a discounted price, and you find a better price up to 1 month after the purchase, we will not be able to apply price matching.
- Item cannot be purchased with ZipPay or PayPal. (ZipPay and PayPal charges us retailers a percentage fee for each transaction, which in some cases make it nonviable for us merchants)
NOTE: Any free gift offered with purchase on some of the products on Bubby Cubby will not apply when purchasing with price match.
