Shipping and Delivery Cubby Houses in Australia

Bubby Cubby sources outdoor play equipment from Australian suppliers only. These cubby houses are either built in Australia, or have been imported into an Australian warehouse. This is so that we can ensure that you do not have to wait up to 3 months for your order to arrive from cheaper stores overseas.

Bubby Cubby also strives to provide delivery at the lowest possible cost. As such we will refund excess shipping charges to you after purchase if we find that the shipping cost is lower than what you have paid for (small transaction fee may be applied).

We only ship and deliver to Australian addresses.

We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 – 36 hours of receiving your order.

  • We’ll endeavor to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving your order and cleared payment
  • Please note that we may not be able to make changes to your order once processing has commenced
  • All orders require a signature upon delivery
  • Delivery can only occur Monday-Friday during business hours.
  • Unfortunately we have no control over delivery time once your order has left the warehouse, however as a guideline please see the table below.

Australia Wide Schedule

Normal Delivery Guidelines Below:

  • Delivery metro Melbourne and Sydney: 2 – 5 business days
  • Delivery large towns in VIC and NSW: 3 – 10 business days
  • Delivery other Australia locations: 4 – 14 business days

If you would like your order in a hurry please add a note to the customer comments section within your order and we will do our best to dispatch as a priority. However, for larger items there is no guarantee of an earlier delivery date. Please note above Delivery Guidelines are guidelines only, not a guarantee of delivery timeframe.

We do not provide express delivery because large items like cubby houses and outdoor play equipment will all be shipped using road delivery only, as such, there is no faster way of sending the items to you.

You can expect to receive an email with delivery tracking number after your order has been dispatched. Signature may be required for delivery.

All Delivery costs are based on delivery to your front door (except for My Cubby Cubby houses, unless arranged otherwise) or ground floor during normal business hours. It is the buyers responsibility to make arrangements to take items at this point. Our Couriers will not deliver to upstairs or lift access locations.

If an item is delivered with damaged packaging:

  • Accept delivery
  • Contact us with images of the damage.
  • We will respond with either a return or refund as quickly and efficiently as we can, according to our returns and refunds policy.

Delivery of Build to order Cubby houses may take a little longer as components are manufactured to specifications, and if installation is required, date and times will need to arranged with you and with the manufacturers.
