Terms and Conditions of Sales

By accepting the Terms and Conditions of this purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have read and fully understood the following policies:

1. Privacy Policy
2. Returns and Refunds Policy
3. Warranty Policy
4. Layby Terms and Conditions (if paying by Layby)
5. Shipping Terms and Conditions

The customer also acknowledges that they will follow the product assembly and maintenance guides provided by the manufacturers. Such instructions will be provided after purchase or can be found on the manufacturers websites.

The Customer indemnifies Bubby Cubby for any damage of the product, and/or injury of the customer or persons using the product due to any deviation or non-compliance of the assembly and maintenance guides provided by the manufacturers.

Shipping Terms and Conditions
Shipping costs shown at checkout are calculated from the delivery address and product details entered by the customer. If, after an order is placed, Bubby Cubby finds that the shipping cost quoted was incorrect (for example because the address or postcode was incorrect or incomplete, the delivery address attracts a remote or regional freight surcharge, or the item was not priced correctly for that location), Bubby Cubby reserves the right to either request payment of the difference before dispatch or cancel the order and refund the customer in full, including shipping. The customer may decline to pay the difference, in which case the order will be cancelled and refunded in full. Full details are set out in our Shipping and Delivery page.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as applied in Victoria under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 (Vic)). Where Bubby Cubby delivers the wrong, damaged or faulty item, it will be resolved at no cost to the customer.
