Frankie Grand Cubby House

The Frankie Grand is the Hide & Seek Kids cubby for families who want the cottage look of the Millie but need more room inside – it's built for two or three children playing together rather than one. Barn-style front door, picket verandah, perspex windows with opening side panels, and two flower boxes included, all on a ground-level footprint so there's nothing to climb and nothing to fall from.

Size and who it suits

Door height about 128 cm; suits ages 3 through to pre-teens. The interior is generous enough for a play kitchen or a table and chairs with room to move around them. It sits on any flat, well-drained base; if you're comparing it to the Billie Grand, the Frankie has the barn door and flower boxes where the Billie has the oversized arched windows – otherwise they're close cousins.

What arrives and what's involved

Four cartons, about 120 kg all up, delivered kerbside by assisted delivery – have a second adult home. Pre-fabricated timber panels and a printed manual; 3–4 hours for two adults with a drill. Like every Hide & Seek cubby it arrives with a temporary water-based stain and needs two coats of primer/sealer and two coats of exterior paint for durability and warranty.
