Archie Elevated Cubby House with Green Slide

The Archie Elevated is Lifespan Kids' cottage cubby lifted onto an 85 cm platform with a step ladder and a 1.8 m slide. You get a proper house up top – front porch with an extended roof, pre-painted white picket fence and window frames, plastic-enclosed double-casement side windows, and a 70 cm kid-height door – plus the climbing and sliding that ground-level cubbies can't offer.

Size and who it suits

Assembled it's 3.3 m long, 1.93 m wide and 2.43 m tall; the interior is about 1.16 m × 1.38 m with 1.58 m of headroom, so two or three kids fit comfortably. Rated to 100 kg total; not suitable for under-3s. It's the right size from about 3 to 8.

Timber and finish

Premium timber, heat-treated (chemical-free) with a matte stain, UV-stabilised and weather-treated – it arrives finished, no painting required. Partially pre-assembled. Three cartons (44, 32 and 24 kg), 109 kg gross, delivered kerbside by assisted delivery. Passes AS 8124 parts 1–3 and formaldehyde/AZO tests. Lifespan Kids covers wood rot and insect damage (termites excluded) for 12 months.
