What would I do if my garden has a limited space for a cubby house or outdoor play equipment? Try to find something that is feature rich that is packed into the smallest area possible.
Well the only way to go is up.
The Silverton Cubby House with 1.8m Slide will fit into an area no larger then 2.5m by 3.5m (and that includes the safe zone for any outdoor play equipment). By going upwards, this cubby house allows you to have a sand pit below, and a small storage area under the steps, and still have space upstairs for a balcony, and a play house. This new version adds a 1.8m slide for quick access down back to the ground!
A medium size outdoor play gym style cubby house with plenty of storage for toys, and a kitchen set. I think it’s great value for money.
Safety Precautions
On-site adult supervision is required. Place the equipment not less than 1.8 m from any structure or obstruction such as a fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines, or electrical wires. Do not install home playground equipment over hard surface to avoid serious injury to the equipment user.

12 months replacement warranty on all parts for manufacturer’s defect
12 months warranty on wood rot and insect damage.*Termites are not covered.

- During assembly ensure all small, sharp objects are kept out of reach of children at all times
- It is the customer’s responsibility to do regular safety inspections of the Cubby House and the maintenance of the Cubby House
- Adult supervision is required at all times.
Shipping:
NOTE: Bubby Cubby's Cubby Houses deliver using an Assisted Delivery service. That means that an able-bodied person must be present to receive and assist the delivery. If you are unable to help unload then you will need to organise with the delivery company to have a tail gate truck or an extra person. Bubby Cubby are not liable for the extra costs for this service and customers will need to authorise these requests.
Orders will only be delivered to your front door, on a ground floor location. They cannot deliver large items upstairs, enter homes or take items to the backyard. Notice will be given prior to delivery (please ensure correct mobile number is provided)
