The recent discovery of needles in strawberries, then apples, and now bananas have "terrorized" Australians. Parents are concerned about putting fruits in their kids lunch boxes because we are worried if we will win this unlucky lottery of our child finding a needle in their fruit; or worst eating a needle.
But I say: Support our Farmers, and our economy. Let me start with this #saveozziefruits on my blog and social media. Let's start showing the beautiful fruits our farmers grow instead of only seeing needles in fruits that seem to be all we see recently.
Anyone buying or selling a property these days know that the real valuation of a home is usually much less than the emotional value of the property. Houses are sold at much higher values then it should be (or in some cases get passed in at much lower values then expected) because a house is well-presented or some how able to appeal to the buyer's emotional need in a new home.
Cubby Houses and outdoor play equipment that is properly fitted and maintained can be that edge that turns a potential house into a potential home for a buyer.
Recently, I had a customer who bought an outdoor play equipment, with the intention of using it as a form of extra physical therapy, or physiotherapy for her child with mild Cerebral Palsy or CP. Play gyms can promote strength building, flexibility in tight muscles, coordination, and balance for children with mild CP.
This blog is some research I have found on this how physical therapy is used as treatment for children with CP.
